Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Executive to oversee and manage all aspects of our HR operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures excellent organizational and communication skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment. The HR Operations Executive will be responsible for handling all administrative tasks related to HR as well as providing support to the HR team and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records including personal information attendance and performance evaluations
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes including conducting orientation sessions for new hires
- Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HRrelated matters such as benefits policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Collaborate with the HR team to plan and execute employee engagement initiatives
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field
- 45 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR processes and procedures
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Knowledge of local labor laws and regulations in the United Arab Emirates is a plus
