Roles & Responsibilities
· Achievement of section sales target
· Preparation of standard sized portions and cuts: trim, debone, ties, roast, mince marinate. Prepare meat products such as sausage, pies & burgers
· Provide direct and indirect customer service to customers
· Monitors stock level, ordering, receiving of stock, wastage and shrinkage
· Hygiene & Sanitation, good preparation practices
· Proper handling of tools and equipment
· Any other store activity as assigned by the supervisor
