Job Title: Dermatology Nurse

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dermatology Nurse to join our esteemed Aesthetics Clinic in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for skincare and aesthetics with a strong background in dermatological treatments and patient care. The Dermatology Nurse will work closely with our dermatologists and aesthetic specialists to provide highquality care and support to our patients ensuring they receive the best possible treatment and experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Assessment and Care:
  

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments including skin analysis to identify and document skin conditions.
    
  • Assist in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans.
    
  • Provide pre and posttreatment care including patient education on skincare routines and recovery.
    

• Clinical Support:
  

  • Assist the dermatologist during various dermatological and aesthetic procedures such as laser treatments chemical peels injectables (e.g. Botox fillers) and minor surgical procedures.
    
  • Administer treatments under the supervision of the dermatologist ensuring patient safety and comfort.
    
  • Monitor and document patient progress reporting any concerns or complications to the dermatologist.
    

• Patient Education and Consultation:
  

  • Educate patients on treatment options expected outcomes and posttreatment care.
    
  • Provide consultations to patients considering aesthetic procedures explaining the benefits risks and potential outcomes.
    

• Clinic Operations:
  

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records in compliance with clinic policies and healthcare regulations.
    
  • Ensure all equipment and treatment areas are clean sterilized and prepared for use.
    
  • Assist with inventory management including ordering and stocking supplies and medications.
    

• Professional Development:
  

  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetics including new procedures products and technologies.
    
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
    

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Nursing or a relevant field.
  
• Licensure: Must hold a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license or eligibility to practice in Dubai.
  
• Experience: Minimum of 23 years of experience as a Dermatology Nurse preferably in an aesthetics or dermatology clinic.
  
• Skills:
  
  • Strong knowledge of dermatology and aesthetic treatments.
    
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
