Job Description
Motivate Media Group is seeking driven and resultsoriented individuals with a practical mindset and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate will leverage their initiative and expertise to identify commercial opportunities and optimize revenue growth for the brand and its extensions across multiple media platforms.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- I s responsible for managing the sales activity across our print digital and events portfolio to meet revenue targets by week and period.
- Generates revenue from creation and sale of compelling advertising and sponsorship deals.
- Constantly seeks out new revenue generating opportunities to ensure that targets are met.
- Develops print and digital media sales materials to market appropriate services and opportunities to buyers of advertising at local regional and national accounts and advertising agencies in support of print and digital media sales efforts.
- Develops strong relationships with internal and external customers.
Requirements
- A proven track record in print and digital sales with at least 3 year experience
- A demonstrable understanding of the broader picture of modern media products including print digital and live events and the opportunities each represents both to advertisers and to the audience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate and interact with people at all levels.
- Proven ability to excel in a faced paced changing environment; work independently & collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
- Must be both entrepreneurial and proactive in nature.
