Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Setup/Formation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership organizational and problemsolving skills along with a deep understanding of business operations market dynamics and freezone authority regulations. This role is crucial for driving the companys growth and ensuring efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough research to understand market trends and perform market analysis.
- Business Planning: Develop comprehensive business plans set business goals and create strategies and target areas for growth.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and oversee financial planning to ensure the business has the necessary resources for growth.
- Staff Recruitment and Training: Recruit and train staff fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Marketing and Sales Strategies: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to attract customers and drive revenue growth.
- Operations Oversight: Oversee the overall operations process ensuring tasks are completed on time and efficiently.
- Coordination: Coordinate with partners and the digital marketing team to align efforts and achieve business objectives.
- Freezone Authority Compliance: Ensure compliance with freezone authority regulations and maintain uptodate knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business operations management or a related field.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent problemsolving abilities.
- Deep understanding of business operations market dynamics and freezone authority regulations.
- Proficiency in financial management and budget oversight.
- Experience in recruiting training and managing staff.
