Job Description
The role will have many responsibilities in this role including onsite user support, remote support, VR space control & maintenance, VR equipment maintenance, etc.
To be considered for this role, the successful candidate will have a previously worked in the same or similar roles within the virtual reality space. The team are very passionate about what they do and they are looking for someone has the same interest and energy.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of VR concepts and be able to handle installation, configuration, updates and troubleshooting across multiple types of systems and devices (Android, iOS, WindowsOS,etc). This individual should also have basic network knowledge to understand both wireless and wired network concepts.
