About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business and Data Analyst to join our Deluxe Holiday Homes team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing data generating insights supporting datadriven decisionmaking processes and driving business strategies to enhance our operations and customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Data Collection & Analysis: Collect process and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends patterns and actionable insights.
• Business Insight Generation: Analyze complex datasets to provide insights and recommendations for business improvements.
• Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain PowerBI dashboards reports and visualizations to effectively communicate data findings to stakeholders.
• CrossDepartment Collaboration: Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Conduct market and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decisionmaking.
• Data Quality Assurance: Perform data quality checks and ensure the integrity and accuracy of data.
• Predictive Modeling & AI: Use statistical techniques and AI to develop predictive models and perform hypothesis testing.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions based on data analysis.
• Business Requirement Analysis: Gather and document business requirements translating them into datadriven solutions.
• Strategic Planning: Support strategic planning initiatives by providing datadriven insights and business recommendations.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest data analytics tools technologies and best practices.

Requirements:

• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Computer Science or a related field. Masters degree preferred.
  
• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Technical Skills: Proven experience as a Data Analyst Business Analyst or similar role preferably in the hospitality or real estate sector.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey data insights to nontechnical stakeholders.
• Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
  
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
