- Creation of ad-hoc CRM campaigns as one off sends to support local teams
- Build campaigns and automated flows in Braze across multiple channels (Push Notifications, In App, Emails, SMS)
- Work with Regional teams to set up automated flows to drive the uptake, engagement and retention on their new products
- Roll out campaigns into new countries/new verticals in line with expansion
- Support projects coordinating with Campaign Operations Manager and Delivery Hero central team for marketing automation and efficiency improvement through Braze
- Ensure effectively set up A/B test campaigns for experiments and hypothesis testing
- Ensure proper quality control of campaigns being launched
What you need to be successful
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years of proven relevant work experience, preferably in a fast-paced working environment.
- Experience in working with CRM and campaign management tools, specifically Braze
- Being implementation focussed with a strong emphasis on delivering high quality campaigns
- Good time management skills.
- Good stakeholder management skills to maintain expectations on timelines within the context of multiple simultaneous requests being managed
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic is a plus
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
