Job Description
- Monitor Performance: Assess clinical staff performance and conduct audits of medical records and documentation.
- Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
- Patient Safety: Implement and monitor patient safety protocols; investigate safety incidents and complaints.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and report clinical data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training on quality control and best practices; update staff on new regulations.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of medical equipment.
- Patient Feedback: Gather and analyze patient feedback to improve service quality; implement changes based on feedback.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of quality control activities; prepare reports on quality metrics.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements; stay informed about advancements in medical practices.
