Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate rigging activities on site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Plan and allocate resources effectively to meet project deadlines.
Conduct regular inspections of rigging equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
Train and mentor rigging crew members to improve their skills and knowledge.
Review and approve rigging plans and procedures.
Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
Provide technical expertise and support to resolve rigging-related issues.
