Key Responsibilities:
• Accept the Support Request received from sales.
• Review the inquiry/tender documents received from sales team.
• Discuss inquiries with salesperson to align and understand all the details related (Go to Market, Targeted Price, Competition, T&Cs, etc.).
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather required information to come up with a suitable BOQ.
• Collaborate with 3rd party entities to get offers required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, and project management, to gather necessary technical data and support documentation for proposals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather all required date sheets, selection sheets, lead time details etc.
• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for tender submissions.
