Supervisor Valet

• Contribute towards seamless Valet Operations with the highest Customer service to delight the Customer both External & Internal.
• Supervise valet parking attendants, oversee and participate in day-today operations of the designated location as per the laid down Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). Complete of all checklists and updating daily summary reports
• Patrol all levels of the designated parking facility for detailing.
• Continuously review parking operations revenue control integrity.
• Perform administrative and office responsibilities when required.
• Report any unusual changes in revenue or operational trends to the Area Supervisor.
• Implementation & adherence to on-site Valet Driver grooming standard and checklist.
• Perform daily briefing and related duties as assigned by the Area Supervisor.
• Inspect and maintain all parking operations equipment in working condition at all areas and coordinate replacements or repairs when necessary.
• Maintain daily log book for significant incidents, comments or complaints.

Qualification:

• Diploma/Degree in hospitality is an advantage
• UAE valid license

Experience:

• Minimum of two years’ experience in the Hospitality industry
• Minimum 2 years as Supervisor in Hospitality or Valet business
