Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage infrastructure operations, including contract management with the French Forces and various suppliers, ensuring quality, cost and deadline compliance.
· Assist in drafting tender specifications in coordination with the department manager and the Purchasing Officer.
· Monitor and enforce safety plans, HSE rules, PPE and supplier safety work.
· Update the risk and security management reference system.
