Job Description
- Possess strong commercial acumen and adaptability to navigate in a changing business landscape.
- Assess and recommend commercialization roadmaps for graduated projects.
- Generate new business ideas and evaluate their feasibility.
- Screen independent business proposals using strategic and technical criteria to prioritize opportunities aligned with the LTC strategy.
- Provide functional expertise to evaluate capabilities and risks of proposed ventures.
- Lead and/or support negotiations of agreements with external parties.
- Mentor, train, and develop young professionals in the field.
- Have a proactive mindset and the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
