Cnc Operator

Job Description

As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating CNC mill/lathe machines to produce rubber or plastic rings and seals used in the oil and gas/aerospace industry. Your duties will include measuring out powders and materials prior to setup, ensuring proper consistency, inspecting first run parts for defects, and making necessary adjustments before production begins. Additionally, you will handle molds with care, verify preform fits, and load CNC machines with raw materials to correct specifications.

Hard Skills

• 3+ years experience as a CNC Operator
• Experience in rubber and plastics
• 3+ years experience in a manufacturing environment
  

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 4 Month(s).

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in HUMBLE, Texas.

Work Environment

The work setting is a very clean and orderly shop floor with climate control, although it can be hot and loud at times. Candidates are required to have their own safety glasses and steel-toed shoes. Other necessary personal protective equipment will be provided.
