Strategic Analysis & Guidance: Provide analytical findings and recommendations for P&PM activities, such as business plan preparation, performance tracking, and analysis, as well as accountability reporting.
Special Studies & Project Leadership: Conduct and lead P&PM-related studies, develop performance initiatives, create business cases, and conduct benchmarking. You will also be responsible for managing risk, redesigning measurements, processes, workflows, and implementing information system changes.
Leadership & Mentorship: Offer supervision, coordination, and mentorship in P&PM analytical practices, ensuring the execution of tasks by P&PM personnel aligns with our high standards.
Additional Responsibilities: Carry out related staff and analytical duties as required, contributing to the team's overall success.
For Risk Professionals:
Serve as the principal advisor on risk management, embedding efficiency and effectiveness in P&PM practices.
Identify and resolve gaps in governance and control environments, and support the development of risk management training plans.
Review proposals for major initiatives to ensure they meet risk management requirements.
