Responsibilities
- Day to day management of all operational and administrative issues within the branch. This includes but not limited to the opening and closing the store as well as staff rostering
- You will also manage and be responsible for achieving and exceeding assigned business targets, sale budgets, KPIs and discounts, demonstrating ambition and profit focus
- Responsible for delegating daily tasks to the team and drive sales, service, productivity, online support and standards throughout the branch
- Responsible for managing merchandise and stock levels in the store
- Ensure the team is carrying out high level of customer service and also understanding the needs and wants of the customers
- Responsible for the learning and development of your employees. You must be able to identify their training needs and to conduct regurlar performance reviews
