Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with motor insurance inquiries and provide accurate information about insurance products.
- Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
- Process insurance applications and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
- Handle customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of insurance products policies and procedures.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in motor insurance or related field.
- Knowledge of insurance policies and regulations.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements: - Minimum of 1 year experience in the insurance industry, specifically in motor claims - Graduate or equivalent education - Proficiency in MS Excel & Word
