Job Description
- Serve as subject matter expert in Downstream strategy and scenario planning.
- Prepare research, special studies, and market analysis as required for the Downstream Strategy Council and other Corporate and Downstream Committees. These reports and market analysis will feed into the development of scenarios.
- Collaborate in a group of strategists responsible for articulating the overall Fuels' BU strategy, as well as the formulation of outlook scenarios.
- Collaborate in a group of strategists and planners responsible for the development of the Fuels BU long-term strategic plans, including capital/resource allocation plans.
- Build a strong relationship with think tanks and industry experts to stay updated on key developments in the Downstream business globally, as well as other arenas impacting This Company's Downstream competitive performance. This includes developments in technology, geopolitics, regulations, Saudi government's plans, and the Downstream industry in general.
- Independently initiate research on wide-ranging topics that explore long-term scenarios potentially impacting the Company's competitive advantage in the Downstream business.
