Job Description

Seeking a skilled R&D Engineer to design, develop, and implement new products and processes, translating intangible design inputs into tangible engineering specifications and drawings. The ideal candidate will make and present engineering decisions, lead cross-functional teams, and contribute innovative ideas to generate intellectual property submissions. Responsibilities include developing new processes and equipment, writing and reviewing technical documents, preparing verification and validation protocols, and mentoring R&D technicians and engineers through New Product Development activities. You will also support Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, and R&D to ensure compliance with all guidelines.
