Job Description
- Monitor and provide reports on capital markets, focusing on energy-related sectors.
- Assist in structuring, pricing, and negotiating debt issuances, including conventional and Islamic structures, such as syndicated revolver facilities and bi-lateral credit facilities.
- Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks associated with long-term debt issuances.
- Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence, including shelf-registration activities and preparation of information memoranda for potential investors.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of financing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance financial flexibility at the group level.
- Represent This Company in joint venture financing projects and various committees or task forces related to financing matters.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to support their professional development.
