- Editing and Proofreading: Review and edit content to ensure clarity, coherence, and correctness, and ensure it is free from grammatical, spelling, and punctuation errors.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, cultural nuances, and competitors’ activities to craft relevant and appealing content.
- Collaborative Work: Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to develop and execute creative concepts and campaigns.
- SEO Optimization: Apply SEO best practices to enhance the visibility of online content and improve search engine rankings.
- Content Strategy: Assist in developing content strategies that meet business objectives and engage the target audience.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Arabic Literature, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a copywriter, content writer, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of published work.
- Native or fluent in Arabic, with excellent writing, editing, and communication skills. Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Strong creative thinking skills and the ability to conceptualize unique and engaging content ideas.
- High attention to detail and commitment to delivering polished and accurate content.
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), SEO tools, and digital marketing concepts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to different projects and priorities.
- A portfolio to showcase work is necessary
