We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role with a preference for candidates who are fluent in Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team.
- Manage office supplies and equipment ensuring everything is in working order.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings appointments and travel arrangements.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence including emails phone calls and mail.
- Maintain organized filing systems both electronic and physical.
- Assist in preparing reports presentations and other documents as needed.
- Liaise with clients suppliers and other stakeholders professionally and courteously.
- Perform other administrative tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the office.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
