A bit about the role:
They are currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Customer Success Manager to play a pivotal role in the organisation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, sales, and customer service and will be able to build and maintain strong relationships with their merchants.
Your daily adventures include:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise and SME merchants, acting as their go-to resource for all operational and product-related inquiries and concerns
Proactively identify opportunities to educate merchants on how to effectively leverage the companys BNPL platform to drive consumer adoption and usage
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement merchant success and growth strategies
Provide ongoing support to merchants, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
Monitor and analyse merchant performance metrics, and provide actionable insights for improvement
Act as a trusted advisor to merchants, advocating for their needs and providing valuable feedback to the product development team.
Stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings, ensuring we are always one step ahead
What it takes to succeed:
Bachelors degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in customer success, sales, or account management, preferably in the financial services, fintech, or e-commerce industries
Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients or partners
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of the payments and/or BNPL landscape and the unique challenges facing merchants
