Role Overview:

XAD Technologies is seeking a diligent and skilled Site Engineer to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daytoday operations on the construction site ensuring projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Supervise and manage construction activities onsite ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections and quality control checks to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with subcontractors consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that may arise during the construction process.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities including daily progress reports material usage and labor deployment.
• Compliance: Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with local regulations health and safety standards and company policies.
• Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team addressing any engineeringrelated queries.
• Resource Management: Manage site resources efficiently including manpower materials and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 35 years of experience in a similar role preferably within the UAE.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD MS Project and other relevant engineering software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
• Certifications: PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
• ProblemSolving: Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
