Principal Accountabilities
Vendor rationalization, contract review with a view to reduce the number of vendors and harmonise the T&Cs across vendors to ensure a consistent and fair treatment across contractors
Build relationships with vendor teams to facilitate contract renewal, approval for new and replacement hiring, approval of remuneration packages and invoice approval
Build relationships with business SPOCs with a focus on educating SPOCs and line managers on contractor end-to-end management. The objective is for SPOCs to work within the defined governance framework established for contractors
Ensuring all Outsource-related SOPS are updated and embedded into end-to-end processes within HR and Businesses
Exercising oversight, monitor, investigate and implement corrective actions in respect of all controls, processes, across all SPOCs across the Bank.
Identifying specific change requirements and ensure responsibility for defining the end-to-end process along with reasonable risk mitigation and control measures
