Tasks

• Provide excellent customer service to all clients whether they are ultimate guests or agencies.
• Show clients how to book from our website all the way to the final payment process.
• Suggest acceptable travel solutions that meet the needs of the client.
• Track reservations perform operations on all reservations and reconfirm services.
• Collect payment before making a reservation.
• Keep up with the newest industry trends.
• Knowledge of travel software and GDS (Amadeus) is required.
• Excellent command of the English and Arabic languages.
• Bachelors degree in hospitality travel tourism business or a related field
• Respond to client inquiries via our social media channels and (emails WhatsApp and phone conversations).
• Selling holiday packages outside of Emirates such as Thailand Turkey and Georgia and providing services such as airline tickets airport transfers tours travel insurance and providing clients with travel general information such as visa entrance requirements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic and proficiency in English.
• Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry particularly in outbound travel arrangements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and partners.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and software.
