Client Relations Executive

We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Female Client Relationship Executive to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage Quotations:
  

  • Prepare and manage quotations for clients.
    
  • Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of quotations to clients.
    
  • Follow up on quotations and address any client inquiries.
    

• Client Meetings:
  

  • Schedule and coordinate client meetings.
    
  • Prepare necessary documents and materials for client meetings.
    
  • Maintain a calendar of appointments and ensure timely followups.
    

• Lead Management:
  

  • Manage bookings for leads received through various channels.
    
  • Ensure proper documentation and tracking of leads.
    
  • Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into business opportunities.
    

• Receivables Followup:
  

  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
    
  • Communicate with clients regarding payment statuses.
    
  • Maintain accurate records of receivables and followup actions.
