Recruits, screens, and interviews internal and external applicants to fill current or expected job openings.
Utilizes social media and other tools to source and isolate qualified applicants.
Notifies applicants of consideration or rejection
Prepares and extends job offers.
Works closely with senior leadership across the organization to understand current and future hiring needs.
Oversees project management of open positions and communicates proactively with both applicants and hiring managers.
Manage hiring manager relationships, providing market information and general recruitment advice for each hire.
Full life cycle recruitment experience of Accounting/Finance/ investment professionals.
Developing and maintain strong partnerships with business senior leaders.
Consulting with managers on hiring needs and priorities.
Ideal candidate will have a combination of in house recruiting and agency recruiting experience.
Qualifications
Experience utilizing directories, contact lists, databases, leads, personal networking, websites, search engines, job fairs, college, and training.
Minimum of 5+ years recruitment experience in Finance/ Investment positions.
Broad exposure to general corporate hiring, with a deep specialism in finance and investment recruiting including at a senior level.
Bachelor s degree from an accredited University or College required
