Roles & Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and manage a team of joinery draughtsman professionals.
- Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout project life cycles.
- Review and ensure the correctness and completeness of joinery designs.
- Collaborate with designers to develop innovative and functional solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Coordinate closely with architects, factory team, and subcontractors to align technical requirements.
- Oversee the integration of joinery into overall project plans.
