Role Description :
A senior role within the developers construction department. Manage and oversee that projects are delivered on budget on time and with the desired quality. Develop a course of action that manages risk time and quality. Have the necessary leadership to maintain complete control and transparency from the start of a project to its completion.
Requirements:
- 5 years experience with Trakhees and DDA and Dubai Municipality.
- 15 years experience in construction ( High Rise Tower )
- Experience covering the full project cycle from inception to completion
- Experience in pre and post contract administration.
Job Responsibilities :
- Cost and quantity surveying (cost modeling bid review & analysis procurement & documentation tender Administration value engineering escrow fund/account management)
- Contract Administration (claims avoidance contractual correspondence commercial settlement strategies contractor negotiations oversee contractors progress and performance delay and disruption management claims management)
- Risk Management (apply knowledge and sector expertise rigorous audit and assurance project performance reviews risk mitigation solutions continuous monitoring of program controls delay analysis)
