Assistant Vice President - Capital Investments and Financing

• Support business planning and investment analysis processes
• Support rigorous financial analysis, sensitivity analysis, and reviewal of investment proposals by businesses lines (AM/DM)
• Contribute to the identification of key risk drivers of financial underwriting from feasibility models and commercial considerations of proposed transactions
  
  

Capital Allocation

• Analyze project financing structures and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to build financial model, deliver required financial analysis and draft briefing materials for management
• Participate in fund raising activities and helping set up appropriate fund structures
• Analyze and implement working capital and off-plan financing solutions
• Support the execution of periodic reviews of group return hurdles and cost of capital
• Execute ad-hoc credit analysis and support in dealing with credit rating agency
• Provide data for data-driven recommendations regarding the company’s strategic objectives, particularly on capital allocation decisions and strategic planning
• Run analysis of the company’s financial structure and various options / sources of capital, including impact on credit rating.
