Senior Associate - Design Researcher

Support in conducting user research to inform the design process.

▪ Work closely with the digital and product teams to understand the needs of the users.

▪ Develop solutions that meet the user's needs.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct user research using a variety of qualitative methods, such as interviews, focus groups, and usability testing.
• Analyze user research data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Develop and present research findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Design and facilitate design-thinking workshops with stakeholders, and the digital and product teams.
• Collaborate with the digital and product teams to incorporate research findings into the design process.
• Stay up to date on the latest user research methods and best practices
  
  

RELATED YEARS OF EXPERIENCE:

• Min of 6+ years of experience in design research
  
  

FIELD OF EXPERIENCE:

• Prior experience in design research and UX design, with Solid knowledge of quantitative research methods.
