Conduct detailed Study of the Change requirements, API documents, Process Documents, Specification documents and Regulations to deliver flawless documentation (BRD/ SOP/Training/ Process Notes)
Collect Business Requirements in effective manner and deliver BRD/ Process Documents/ Concept Designs/ Process Flows with in Project Management Timelines
Takes initiatives to Identify and recognize business problems and proactively suggest options for resolution
Work with stakeholders and internal functions to identify the business requirements, process enhancements and change requirements and Create Documentation with version controls
Assess the impact of the change and record it in due manner
Conducting Detailed analysis of the Processes & systems in terms of business compatibility and feedback with suggestions
Conducting Periodic update Meetings, workshops on process requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or Professional Qualifications
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Knowledge on Exchange Houses Industry (Products/ Services/ Technology/ Tools is preferable
1 -3 years of experience in Exchange House/ Financial industry is preferable
Expertise on using Visio, Process Flow Creation
Expertise in Documentation (BRD/ SOP/ Announcements/ Process Doc)
Business Requirement Documentation, Value Stream Mapping
