- Professional Experience: Over 15 years of experience in marketing and sales within the building technologies sector, encompassing products, solutions, and services.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive market knowledge in building technologies.
- Leadership: Over 5 years’ experience managing teams
- Leadership and Collaboration: 3-5 years of experience in communication and collaboration with senior management and peers across different organizations.
- Contract Management: Proven experience in contract management and negotiation.
- Leadership in Marketing & Sales: At least 3-5 years of experience leading a marketing and sales organization.
- Global Experience: Work experience in an international, multicultural environment.
