Job Description
- 8+ years’ Experience in Energy Performance Contracting project development, Energy Audits and Building Services or facility management.
- Mechanical or Electrical Engineering graduate with proven experience in energy efficiency domain
- Well versed with HVAC systems including large water/air cooled chiller plants, refrigeration plants, building controls, lighting, heating systems, building envelope, steam, compressed air systems, electrical and domestic water system technologies / design, ASHRAE standards: 211, 100, 90, 62 etc.
- Certifications in Energy such as CEA/CEM/CMVP etc.
- Knowledge and experience in renewable energy solutions, energy modelling, industrial energy audit and LEED/WELL/Estidama/GSAS/ISO 50001 shall be added advantage.
- Experience of working with different stake holders in Energy Business; internal and external
- Knowledge Facility Management processes followed in the building domain.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite programs, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic(desirable).
- UAE driving license desirable.
