Develop in-depth understanding of processes, tools, data, and teams involved in the Renewed Business Program (domestically and internationally).
Identify gaps (or overlaps) and opportunities, and initiate high-impact projects based on analysis.
Set up performance management mechanisms and track potential Sellers with interest to pilot initiatives.
Connect with key stakeholders regularly to review customer / seller / business metrics while setting up processes to ensure goals are met.
Operate autonomously; drive forecasts, and handle escalations.
