Job Description
- Manage CAPEX projects within multidisciplinary and multicultural organization for our customer fulfilment operations
- End-to-end ownership for warehouse project deliverables
- Integrated project scheduling, resource planning, critical path analysis and schedule optimization of all business, technical, fiscal and program activities across multiple projects
- Comfortable in different roles and able to effectively communicate & work with subject matter experts in Construction, Engineering, Operations, Finance, Procurement, Transportation or Contract law
- Coordinate multiple interdependent material flow and installation schedules of vendors
- Work alongside vendors and procurement departments to manage purchase orders
- Hold regular cadence with internal teams and vendors to plan and track deliverables
- Continuous project status tracking and communication, targeted and timely elevation of potential risks and issues across multiple teams and with project stakeholders
- Working independently and autonomously in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
