Job Description
We are collaborating with an exciting organisation in the real estate and development sector to fill the role of In-House Counsel. This position involves leading the legal department and collaborating with senior management on various corporate, commercial, and real estate matters. The reporting line for this role extends directly to the CEO/COO.
- Qualified in a Common Law jurisdiction
- Have at least 8 years of experience working in-house
- Have experience advising on corporate matters
- Have experience advising on real estate matters
- Be based in United Arab Emirates
- Arabic is considered advantageous
