Traveling Superintendent

Job Description

In this dynamic role as a Superintendent, you will be responsible for attending meetings with clients and contractors, directing day-to-day on-site supervision of field labor force, and reviewing project budgets and general conditions estimates. Your duties will also include approving Trade Contractor Payment Applications in coordination with the Project Manager, developing and maintaining site logistics plans, conducting quality and safety inspections, and managing schedules. You will be expected to prepare and submit Superintendent’s Daily Reports, participate in project meetings, and review and assist in developing scopes of work for each subcontractor.

Hard Skills

• Experience in Utilities Construction
• Experience with RFI's, and Change Orders
• 6-10 years of Construction experience
