Required qualifications > 1) Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience 2) Senior advisor with expertise in complex commercial negotiations particularly on largescale projects 3) Real estate experience is a must 4) Expertise in highstakes negotiations and ability to drive the entire process endtoend 5) An aptitude for financial acumen is required to evaluate different negotiation outcomes 6) Understanding of legal and regulatory requirements related to largescale property development in the Region 7) Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships with both landowners and developers acting as a trusted advisor and mediator 8) Regional experience is a prerequisite 9) Arabic language proficiency is advantageous
