- Develop talent acquisition strategies and implement initiatives to meet talent needs
- Provide support on all aspects of recruitment throughout the business
- Explore new talent acquisition channels and earn new talent resources
- Establish hotel talent pool for talent succession
- Manage key external resources and partnerships to meet staffing needs (i.e. hospitality schools, LinkedIn, Catererglobal etc.)
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Has a passion for people
- Preferably has a degree in Human Resources Management
- Preferably possesses relevant experience in a luxury hotel
- Has excellent knowledge of local labour laws and extensive experience in industrial relations
- Has good communication and people management skills
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Has strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
- Has solid understanding of human resources processes and procedures
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Is a critical thinker and a problem solver
