- Source quotations from suppliers to ensure purchases are made in the best interest of the company
- Process assigned PR’s
- Performs market survey, including competitor hotels and make comparison with current suppliers prices to ensure competitiveness
- Maintain & regularly update vendor profile files to comply with the requirements of CSR, ISO 14000, ISO 22000 and SFSMS
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports
We Are Looking For Someone Who
- Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- Communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
- Is able to communicate with customers effectively and professionally
- Preferably has experience working in a Purchasing Department of a 5* luxury international hotel
- Has good organisational skills
- Is a critical thinker and a problem-solver
- Is knowledgeable about Microsoft Office, CheckSCM or any supply chain management system
