- Oversee all food preparation of the Cold section
- Consistently deliver and maintain the highest food quality and sanitation standards
- Ensure kitchen equipments are well maintained and operational
- Assist in maximising profitability

- Has previous experience as Chef de Partie - Garde Manger
- Is up to date with new culinary trends available in the market
- Is knowledgeable about HACCP guidelines
- Enjoys interacting with people
- Communicates and writes in English.
