A few years of experience in the kitchen field in luxury hotels is required
Postgraduate and/or Hotel Management School, Apprenticeship with the diploma is an advantage
Must have Basic knowledge of kitchen operation, full knowledge of sanitation requirements in handling food
Technical Skills
Ensure that kitchen operating equipment is maintained to proper standards
Required to have good English
Physical Requirements
Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting pounds, endure various physical movements throughout the work areas, reach up and down, remain stationary at times throughout work periods, and satisfactorily communicate with guests and colleagues to their understanding.
