Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development excellent networking skills and a deep understanding of the business setup industry in Dubai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities building strategic partnerships and driving company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company growth targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research networking and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients partners and stakeholders.
• Negotiate and close deals with clients ensuring favorable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct market analysis to stay updated on industry trends competitive landscape and customer needs.
• Prepare and present business proposals reports and presentations to senior management.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of business development initiatives making adjustments as needed.
• Attend industry events conferences and networking sessions to promote Nurshq Services LLC and expand the companys network.
• Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on business development activities and results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development preferably within the business setup or related industry in Dubai.
• Proven track record of successfully identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of business setup procedures in Mainland Freezone and Offshore sectors in Dubai.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
