Responsibilities
- Food and Beverage (F&B):
- Assist in the setup and preparation of F&B service areas.
- Gain knowledge of menu offerings, ingredients, and preparation methods.
- Support the F&B team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
- Learn about food safety and hygiene standards in a hotel environment.
- Participate in F&B events and promotions.
- Kitchen:
- Work alongside our culinary team to prepare dishes and learn culinary techniques.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation.
- Gain an understanding of kitchen organization and cleanliness standards.
- Participate in menu planning and recipe development under the guidance of our chefs.
- Front Office:
- Shadow the Front Office team to understand guest check-in and check-out procedures.
- Learn about reservations management and room assignment processes.
- Assist in addressing guest inquiries and providing exceptional customer service.
- Gain insight into revenue management and occupancy optimization.
