Superintendent Workshop Welding

• Minimum 10 years of related work experience in similar industries
• Ship building & Dredging / Marine vessels repair - Preferred
• Bachelor or master degree in engineering in a related discipline, or an equivalent professional qualification.

Monitor and manage all workshops activities and ensure compliance to safety policies.

Ensure all welding, fabrication and lifting activities are performed according to company’s quality standards

•

Update periodical and day-to-day performance of Workshops and yard and reports to the Technical Manager

•

Manage routine and non-routine maintenance on welding equipment in coordination with Supervisor / foreman.

•

Work and act according to defined policies and procedures of the Department.

•

Develop a safety culture in the workshops, making safety a natural part of all work performed.
