8. Ensure Dubai Customs employees are aware of their career paths and required competencies by providing clear communication and resources, which is important for employee engagement and development.
9. Manage reorganization by supervising staff in handling reorganization requests, analyzing their validity, and developing new structures based on organization design principles to ensure efficient and effective structural changes.
10. Address conflicts and overlaps in processes during organizational restructuring by providing technical advice to resolve issues, which is important for maintaining process efficiency and reducing operational disruptions.
11. Conduct studies and research to support organizational development by evaluating the effectiveness of ongoing deliverables, which is essential for continuous improvement and business continuity.
