Job Description

1. Prepare comprehensive plans for the recruitment process to implement recruitment procedures in an organized and effective manner that ensures attracting the best candidates

2. Ensure that the model used for recruitment is consistent with the policies and guidelines of the department and the institution to achieve compliance and quality in recruitment processes.

3. Apply recruitment policies and procedures accurately and systematically to ensure effective and sound recruitment processes in line with best practices.

4. Participate effectively in professional recruitment fairs, enhance opportunities to attract qualified candidates, and facilitate the recruitment process.

5. Responding to business needs for temporary recruitment and creating a network to search and attract talent through the Dubai Jobs platform, (Linked in) or employment agencies to select the appropriate candidate to obtain the best performance at work.

6. Ensure the availability and completeness of candidate documents, complete contracts and all employment procedures, and record all details to prepare periodic reports as requested by the direct manager.

7. Communicate with candidates and inform job applicants of the outcome of the application or interview, or provide the candidate with information if more details are needed.

8. Communicate effectively with organizational unit officials to share and support developments and results of the recruitment process.

9. Contribute innovative ideas to make improvements to policies, procedures, processes, systems, etc.

10. Contribute to the implementation of the annual strategic and operational plan prepared by the department director, work to achieve the specified goals, and ensure the optimal performance of operations and tasks related to employment.

11. Responding to business needs related to temporary recruitment and establishing a network with recruitment agencies to attract suitable candidates to achieve the best performance.

12. Perform any duties assigned by the direct manager in a proper and timely manner with reliability and integrity, ensuring that the assigned tasks are completed to the fullest extent.
